Please note the following facility policies:
User Policy The facility instruments are available only to trained users. Please contact us for scheduling training sessions. Each new user is entitled for two 2-hours training sessions (free of cost) for each instrument.
Billing Policy
- $25/hour for users working with PIs that are: NINDS-funded investigators, Neuroscience Program Members, or participants in recent Shared Instrumentation Grants that are supplying the core with new microscopes (3I-Spinning Disc, STED, and CARS)
- $35/hour for users working with PIs that are members of Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute. Join CCTSI
- $80/hour for all others
Cancellation Policy Users canceling reservations less than twenty-four hours in advance will be billed for at least one hour, up to the entire duration of the reservation if nobody else takes that time instead.
Equipment Policy Users may not add or modify computer hardware or software or microscope equipment. Please contact us if you have specific needs that can be accommodated.
By reserving microscope time you acknowledge and agree to the policies above. Violation may result in microscope access being revoked and/or billing for repair costs.
Please click on the microscope (and light source, if applicable) that you’d like to reserve.
